Each design is hand-embroidered with locally-sourced components reviving the reused garment and expanding its cycle. Each item of the collection is unique and one-of-a-kind celebrating craftsmanship.
New Slow Couture Collection
For AW 26/27, Anne Bernecker continues to explore the tension between masculine and feminine through sharp tailoring and an effortless unisex aesthetic. Rooted in craftsmanship and her signature approach to upcycling, the collection brings together contrasts that feel both unexpected and natural — structured tailoring meets soft draping, strict silhouettes are softened by fluid movement, and intricate handwork adds a distinctive touch to each piece.
Inspired by a trip to Tokyo in November 2025, the collection draws on the quiet beauty and symbolism of Japan. Hand-embellished cranes, a sacred symbol of luck in Japanese culture, appear as delicate yet striking details throughout the collection. Pleats and delicate plissé create movement and texture, while the interplay of masculine and feminine, tailored and fluid, structured and soft lies at the heart of the collection.
A palette of black, anthracite and white forms the foundation, softened by light blue and khaki — creating a quietly sophisticated colour story with a distinctly contemporary spirit.
Classic Collection
Every style of the collection is based on a vintage garment, which already has a story to tell, and is given another lease of life by adding high-end, hand embroidered embellishment.
Each garment is unisex and one-of-a-kind, as the vintage garments all vary a little in shape, fit, material or print. Also, the style and its particular embroidery are limited, adding to the uniqueness of the collection. You are sure to enjoy wearing something one-of-a-kind that is not mass produced and is sustainable.
Believing in non-seasonal clothes and as each style of the collection is limited, new ideas and styles are developed continuously. However for the new styles Anne Bernecker started exploring Tailoring, to add an elegant angle to the collection.
