I am very happy to invite you to a personal project that is particularly close to my heart: a joint art exhibition and fashion pop-up together with my artist mother, Cordelia Jungkunz Bernecker. For this very special occasion, I am curating a selection of her fine art prints and presenting them alongside my Slow Couture collection.
I grew up in a creative household, surrounded by Cordelia’s drawings and paintings. Her artistic world was an integral part of my childhood and has greatly shaped who I am today. She studied Fine Arts in the 1960s at the Academy of Fine Arts in Nuremberg under Professor Gerhard Wendland, and later in Stuttgart under Professor Heinz Trökes. Over the years, she has held solo exhibitions in Nuremberg, Munich, Bensheim and Darmstadt, most recently in Lorsch last year, where she lived until January 2026.
I have always been incredibly fortunate to receive her support and encouragement in pursuing my dream of becoming a fashion designer. Now, I would love to give something back by sharing her beautiful fine art prints with an audience they truly deserve.
